Since being on the scene dj’ing since 1985, Alex has played early classic house through to heavy duty upfront techno, evolving as the music progressed.

His radio shows became legendary on both pirate and satellite tv ( Green Apple, Edge, etc) and his performances at some of the best ravesthat have had him spinning tunes on nearly every continent worldwide.

Better known in the UK for his sets at Dreamscape, Obsession, Helter Skelter, Dance Paradise, Reincarnation and Eurobeat 2000, Alex has also had a pretty full release schedule with releases on Basement Records, Debut,  Jumpin and Pumpin, Sinister Recordings, Red Weed and a host of compilations as Smooth But Hazzardous and Alex Hazzard, with his tunes remixed by Carl Cox and played extensively by Frost, Grooverider and all the usual crew.

A departure from the UK in 2000 to live in Southern California came from his years designing mixers for Numark and finally Vestax.

Now back in the UK, Alex Hazzard is recording again and back on the scene, playing classic techno, drum and bass and revival sessions, along with storming techno sets along the way,being able to drop blinding performances in multiple rooms a speciality.
